I agree with Thirteen's original post, that the High Priestess is using the
red vial as a scrying mirror of sorts. The HP seems to be pointing to her
eyes, an indication that knowledge can be accessed through inner vision
and inner sight. Her message is that we may want to take a quiet moment
to do some "scrying" of our own; it is often through the inner stillness of
reflection and contemplation that we find our answers.
