Faeries Rituals

Hi

Just a question about you're* rituals before doing a reading with the Faeries Oracle:

Do you meditate/center yourself/etc before doing a reading?
In the book it advices to do so, but like with any other oracle or tarot reading, I never meditate before doing a reading. The only thing I do is ask for guidance, that's it.

So what do you do? I'm really interested, especially relating to the Faeries Oracle.

I find my faeries work best if I don't do anything before hand.. just simply ask "who wants to talk today.." and pull 1 or 3 cards.. its amazing what they will share with you

For some reason they DID ask me to make them a special bag, which I did.. at times they will request stones or shiny objects to be placed in with them, again I agree... I think I have rather polite faeries, they never demand only ask
