So reviewing this spread I thought that the position of the Skull as "advice from the ancestors" might not be very helpful to a reader. The black cat card is similar enough that it feels redundant.
Thinking of the skull guardians at the hut of Baba Yaga I would revise that position to instead indicate some challenge that must be met before proceeding. I tend to like having the second to last card signify a final challenge to push past.
Would love to hear other ideas for changes to the spread.
