Probably depends on your accent. I say TAR-oh and so does everyone I know. Except my crazy cousin whom speaks like Madonna and pronounces it ta-ROW.

I was thinking of posting a similar poll because in most of the youtube videos I hear the word pronounced differently than I and those around me. I pronounce it tuh-ROW with an emphasis similar to Thoreau without the 'th' sound. Clear as mud?
