I agree with Umbrae's post, I don't ever reorder a deck. Once it is shuffled, that is the way it is and the way the cards are.
I take a great deal of time with a new deck shuffling and mixing to ensure that I get the cards properly mixed before using the deck for the first time. I don't have the time or energy to go through that for every reading...or ever.
The only time I would do it, I think, would be if I were passing the deck to someone else, or if I was missing a card and couldn't immediately tell which card was missing. It would be a slim chance, but anything is possible I suppose.
But everyone has their own style that works for them.
