Please help me identify these crystals: thank you

EnchantedFairyForest

I've had these crystals for a few years in my crystal box and I haven't gotten any of them out in such a long time; I had a long period of depression and I seem to have lost all my knowledge to crystals and stones and I have a hard time trying to figure out which is which. Please help identify these crystals. Thank you!

Here's a link to my gallery; please pm me if you have any questions for me.

Hello. I am sorry to hear you have been unwell.

I'm afraid I can't get a good enough view of the crystals to help you on all of them though though - maybe some of them would be better against a white background? That might help to see what the colours inside the crystals are.
Anyway, these are the ones I think I know:

DSC04728 is a Chiastolite, the one with the cross appearing in the centre.

The next one - DSC04727 - if it's clear with golden lines/filaments inside it, it's Rutillated Quartz, but I'm not sure on that coloured background.

DSC04717 is a Peacock Ore - also known as Bornite.

DSC04733 is possibly Jasper.

DSC04744 looks like a double-terminated Quartz point.

DSC04746 I think could be Ruby in Zoisite.

DSC04759 I'd say is Carnelian.

DSC04770 - is it heavy and shiny grey/metallic? Hematite.

They do look lovely though, and I hope you come to enjoy them.

Briar Rose

DSC04728 looks like Lepidolite

DSC04729 is Chiastolite, and the one you have looks perfect!

DSC04727 is Rutilated Quartz and that is a nice one!

4726 is Rhodonite

4722 could be Sbow Quartz if is is white. I can't tell by the picture if it's pure white.

4717 that could be calico pyrite or peacock pyrite

4737 might be Girasol (blue opal) if it has a shiney look, and feels waxy. It should look like a drop of milk in a glass of water.

Thanks for replying to this thread. I've had such a hard time identifying some of the crystals and all you're answers have helped me out a lot. :) Plan on looking through my crystals again and writing down the crystals names so I don't forget.

Here's some I think I recognize:

DSC04764 looks like ruby to me

DSC04737 might be fluorite from the pattern of the stone, but I can't tell if it is really the pale purple it looks to me

DSC04724 Emerald

DSC04735 If this is the pale pink it looks like, it reminds me of mangano calcite. You have another piece that has a similar look, but I am not certain if I am able to tell the right color

DSC04772 This might be Ocean Jasper or some other kind of jasper

DSC04759 This one looks like carnelian

DSC04757 Quartz

DSC04726 Looks like rhodonite

DSC04733 Looks like red jasper

DSC04742 Labradorite, from what I can tell.

It is a little hard to tell in the lighting. I could make guesses on some of your other ones, but I am not certain enough to say. I think if the lighting of the pics was in natural light it would be much easier to tell. I wouldn't imagine the thought of taking all those pics again is very appealing, though. Maybe try comparing your stones with pics of various types of rocks on the internet. Good luck finding out for sure what is what. Not remembering or knowing what is what can be really annoying. I've been there.

As the others have said, these are not easy to identify in many cases. I can't pull these up on my ancient computer, so I had to zip through them somewhere else. It looks like a fun time getting to know your stones again!
