Could anyone help identify this deck?

((I hope this thread is in the right spot... I wasn't 100% sure. o wo ))

Anyway, I was recently talking about tarot with one of my friends and discovered that she had a deck that she recieved from a family member, and she hasn't been able to identify it. We'd both really like to know what deck it's from.
