The story does help with the card a lot. I've been wondering why the child seems so weary. His squinting at the light (after being in the dark so long) also seems to show a bit of pain in the transition from dark to light. My sense is that rebirth might be painful. Even though leaving behind an ordeal (or ending a self-inflicted period of denial) is a good thing and reason for celebration, the transition can be daunting.
