'Pictures from the heart' is a very good book. I don't think it's been back on the bookshelf since I got it over a year ago.

That Dictionary of Symbols sounds wonderful and really complete! Must try to find that...
And Tarotbear, I find that a lot of times the Idiot's Guides to whatever are pretty good. I have one for Paganism and one for Witchcraft. Mind you I have other books...but those are definately a good beginning.

I bought Pictures from the Heart yesterday and it seems wonderful!

I am still going to order the Penguin, though. I think it will compliment the other book very nicely.

Two weeks later (getting caught up on threads, here).... the Penguin book ROCKS. It's very useful. There are long, detailed sections for every trump card.
