I would assume because no one send Solandia any card scans. She doesn't own all of the decks listed by a long shot.

Ah, I see. Interesting in and of itself. It might be worth looking at how the Alice fits into the scheme of things, yes. But I, ah, never quite figured out the poll maker thingy...
