5 of Cups ~ a gestalt look

lunalafey

describing the actions in the 5 of Cups in three different ways.

1- little fey got mad and ran away and hid in the giant cup- while thinking about the events, got mad and kicked out the side of the cup

2- orphan fey lives in the broken up, for it is all he could find

3- mischievious fey likes this to be his thinking spot- there is a wicked plan in the making

Five of cups

1. A nest outside of one's home proves less than satisfactory.

2. Protective places keep one from experiencing life. Hide or engage.

3. On the other hand, a pause in life's process sometimes helps to prepare for a new direction.

Hope I got the gestalt idea right: First step - just description of three different aspects of the card

Five of Cups

1 - A fey with the high priestess' sign above her eyes is sitting in a broken cup. Her back s guarded by the high wall of the of the cup's remnants.

2 - The fey has just broken the cup - like some eggshell. Curiously looking at the world. Perhaps she has done more damage to the cup than intended. But obviously she had to do that to get a clearer view of the outside.

3 - The card shows the contrast between a strong castle (with towers ;) ) and the vulnerability of cup - even a filigrane fey can break the cup - he contrast between static/dead and dynamic/changing/living.

Theia

5 of cups-

Reality has been shattered by the truth. But in this truth she can now learn and move on.

Staying in the cilice is not the correct action; if she stays she can not grow from the truth of the reality that she can no longer ignore.

The castle in the background looks to be made from sand. Sand is not stable if you want a strong foundation.
