Belinda, I need to check with Nisaba but if I recall traditionally we usually post the order about a day ahead. The only exception is whomever is to be the first station will need to know pretty soon.

<grin> The first station knows already. I'll do the Hat And Torn Up Paper oracle probably in about ten hours. Then I'll rearrange the order. Then we can all relax, and wait for the startup time - I'll start the actual train thread an hour or two beforehand (which will mean a criminally early morning for me).

The suspense is killing me! I'm going to try and get up for the start of the train, which is 7am here, but I'm all of a sudden very busy for much of the rest of the day. I hope I don't miss out on too much!
