Lovers Path Tarot - Study Group - Limited edition - Artistry

I am curious about the extra-card included in the Limited Edition of the Lover´s Path Tarot, Artistry. How does it work to read with? What is the symbolism of it? What is your experience with this card?

Artistry is Major Arcanum XXII, depicting Filamena and Angelo. Filamena Ziani was a sixteenth century composer, singer and musician, and the author of the original The Lover's Path. I'm afraid I can't help with how this card might be used in divination since I have the standard edition. Someone with the limited edition would be able to tell us since the card comes with a "folded description and divinatory meanings sheet".
