In El Gran Tarot Esoterico, the Swords are water and the Cups are air. Wands and pentacles are the standard fire and earth. I had a Fournier deck since about a decade ago, but I believe Lo Scarabeo is going to release a copy of their own later this year.
As for the Idiosyncradeck, it looks nice. Very clean and minimalistic.

I really love it but I've just splashed out on the Tarot of delphi and the customs charges made it quite expensive
