just got my HOLY GRAIL DR Terror Grimaud

Greetings All,

I am very happy as I just got my holy grail Marseille deck. It is just like the one used in the Peter Cushing/Christopher Lee classic "Dr terror's House of Horrors". I have trying to locate one for years and I just got lucky today.

The film started production in May of 1964, so it must be from early sixties or maybe fifties? English instructions, but French titles, so maybe distributed Waddingtons? It is a bit silly, but it has been the number one Tarot deck that I have pined for.

I watched that movie last year on YouTube. I really enjoyed seeing the TdM in a star turn!

It is a lot like the old Hammer films as I could watch them over and over. I have the widescreen DVD and the cards show up really well in it.

I found a little Grimaud TDM in a used book store today, so I am on a roll. It is cute and poker card sized.

Yeah, nice deck. I'm still hanging out for an original Marteau without any dice on the Bateleur's table.
