Spread for dealing with a parent?

so i do free readings for people on tumblr, and one person came to me asking for advice on how to deal with their sometimes emotionally and verbally abusive father. naturally, i told them that if it gets to where they can't handle it they should contact authorities or someone who can help them and get them out, but i also want to do my part in helping them.

my problem is, i can't seem to find any spreads that might help in this situation, and i'm having trouble creating one of my own! would anyone be willing to help me out?
