When life imitates art

Certain tarot images just seep into your subconscious, and you find yourself gravitating toward things you never thought you'd like in a million years. So that's the story of how I took this blouse home with me from the shop last Saturday, and decided to wear it to work today. At the office, I reached for a random deck from my desk drawer to start the morning with some insight and inspiration.

And lo and behold—I just discovered the reason why I bought these mermaids off the rack.

Totally serendipitous choice for me, Girl Archer, but it's turning out pretty nicely on my end. I usually just wear white, black and navy to work, so this is a real conversation-starter.
