How do YOU pronounce Thoth?

The probable best guess for the pronunciation of the god's name in Cleopatra's day is t'out: t' as pronounced in Navaho and ou as in "soul". As for modern English, I've heard tōt, thōth, and thŏth; who's to say who's right? At least the first would be recognised by Cleopatra!
