100 Card Tarot

Shanadar

Hi friends!

Has any of you ever seen or heard of a 100 card tarot deck?

I've been fitfully designing one, but I'd love to see another one (or two - or more).

Transformational Tarot by Shirley Gotthold has 100 cards.

There's a self-published deck by Charles Butler called "100 Card Tarot".

Amado 777 Tarot has 111 cards.

Minchiate decks usually have 97 cards.

Aura-Soma Tarot has at least 100 cards.

Fifth Tarot has 92 cards.

Healing Earth has 106 cards.

Kings Journey has 95 cards.

Mind, Body and Spirit deck has 144 cards.

New Aura-Soma has 109 cards.

Radiant Wisdom has 92 cards.

Tarot D: The Didactic Tarot has 102 cards.

Tarot of Hekate has 100 cards.

Templar Tarot: The Journey has 100 cards.

That should get you started.

The Didactic Tarot has 100+ cards, they're all bigger than normal Tarot cards, the characters are almost all bulky and muscular (even the women are sinewy) and they're so boldly colored that in almost all aspects, that deck is larger-than-life.

The Tarot of the Silicon Dawn has around 97 cards, I believe. Lots of readers like it too.

And the Cary-Yale Visconti has 86 cards - and is historical and respected!

Amado is about sixty bucks - a little steep for my budget - but I may try to get one anyway.

The Aura-Soma currently appears to be in German only.

I own a Fifth Tarot and enjoy the fifth suit.

The Healing Earth Tarot appears to be =way= out of my budget at about $250

The King's Journey Tarot appears to not be available at all.

I can't find the Mind, Body, and Spirit at all.

Nor can I locate the New Aura-Soma deck either.

Radiant appears to be slightly out of my range at about $65.

I can only find a book for Tarot D.

The Tarot of Hecate appears to be about $65 too.

I did not find the Templar Tarot to be my usual cup of wisdom :)

However -

The Tarot of the Silicon Dawn is not only within my budget (anywhere from $20 to $25ish)

- and has wonderful imagery from what I can see in the main section of these pages!

I don't know who you are, but, EmpyreanKnight , consider yourself blessed!

Onward to victory.....

BTW, would anyone like to hear why I'm looking for a 100 card deck?

Yeah - TELL us !

Mind Body Spirit was put out with a serial magazine and was sheer hell to collect. Your only hope is ebay, ad it won't be easy. (I drove hundreds of files to work on completing mine !) Here's the thread where some of us worked so hard on this one :D

King's Journey is still available:

Tarot D - I think the listings on amazon are the full set... Email Schiffer. Depository seems to have it too.

Um, you didn't ask for in print or readily available 100 card decks within a particular price range. You asked if anyone had ever heard of or seen one.

I suppose he did say he wanted to SEE one :D

Lol thanks, Shanadar. I do hope you enjoy the Silicon Dawn.

As for your reasons for searching for a voluminous deck, you did mention in your first post that you were designing one. I guess you were looking for inspiration? :)
