She'd been dreaming again. The 4 Mai Tai's she'd swallowed hadn't helped matters. She just wanted to find what she was looking for and get off the train. The people she'd seen walking up and down the aisles were like something out of a bad carnival. All she needed to do was find the object, make the switch, and leave. She reached for a piece of fruit and began to clean her sword and wipe down her leather. __________________ “Serenity is not freedom from the storm, but peace amid the storm.” The Gaia Shop Get Your Goddess On! Arduinna's blush becomes deeper, but she accepts the cocktail, her delicate left hand closing round the glass. Delicate-looking, thinks Havane, but notes with mounting excitement that her slim frame is toned and strong. Years of leaping nimbly over brambles and observing the life of the woodland from high in her favourite ancient oak tree have seen to that. Strong in body, resolved in spirit. And for now, the satchel remains closed, the big old brass buckle firmly clasping the scratched, curling leather strap. |

Moradia drags her giant bag out from under the bed and begins hauling it towards where the other passengers are gathering. The Rudy Monster cheerfully walks along behind her. Their latest astral journey was a success. (Hang on folks, I just walked in the door.) __________________ There's an old saying about those who forget history. Mealla takes a seat at a far table. Her trading is completed and now she can enjoy watching the others. Besides, it's time for another meal. Her morning activities have left her very hungry, needing nourishment and refreshment. "I wonder what she has in that big bag of hers. Might require closer inspection, but I would have to take care to avoid her traveling companion." __________________ ...and the cares of tomorrow can wait till this day is done. (Celtic Thunder) |

Moradia drops the bag on to the floor in the middle of the room. All of the other passengers stop and stare. The Rudy Monster sits down and eyes the other passengers, possibly to see if anyone's limbs are worth chewing on. Moradia rummages around in the bag and eventually fishes out a Grail Tarot (looked at, never used), a Brian Froud Faeries Oracle (looked at, never used), a Dragon Tarot + book (Peter Pracownik, used twice), a Sharman-Caseli Tarot in an painted magenta wood box (the top of the Knight of Swords is slightly bent over but not badly. That was because of the packaging and not me. Never used) a LS Wicca Oracle (top corner of box is bumped but cards are fine. Used once.) a LS Ordinary Oracle (used once) and a LS Pictorial Key Tarot (used once, cards like new.) "I have more where that came from. Please take something, as I don't want to haul it home again!", said Moradia. (The Sharman Caselli has a book to go with it) __________________ There's an old saying about those who forget history. The Paladin's head still hurts from last night. He looks for a dark corner and waves the barmaid over. __________________ Full cup, steady hand. Fresh in from a recent trek, I dust off my long bell sleeved cloak and belled hood, keeping my gauntlets on my arms though in case quick action is needed, adjusting the belt around my waist. My elfin ears prick up at the sound of offerings being made.....but alas I think I will wait...............I need to retire this dark night but will be around again I'm sure, to see, hear and taste........... |

After being notified by Kaelar that there were items of interest on the trade table, I make my way over. Still uncertain, I whisper to myself "I'll just wait a little longer". __________________ I decided to start anew, to strip away what I had been taught. Georgia O'Keeffe |
