Azaka the farmer and medicine man wears a straw hat and carries a sack of medicinal herbs. He smokes a pipe and carries a machete. The card shows Azaka plowing a seemingly barren field himself, by hand. Grass grows on either side of the plowed field, so the soil must be somewhat viable. The rainbow of Ayida Wedo is in the sky, blessing his efforts even though they seem in vain for now.
This card speaks to me of faith, perseverance, and hard work. As it is a Rada card, this is more mental than anything (keeping a positive mindset in the midst of difficulties, staying focused on the future, stress as to whether efforts will bear fruit). This card also reminds us that some things are outside of our control and we can only do what we can; the rest is up to fate.
