RWS Tarot 101 Seven of Swords

PAMUYA

Seven of Swords

“What is this man thinking?” This is my first thought when looking into the Seven of Swords. He is trying to disarm his enemy single handed, and then he dose not even take all the weapons! No planning here, just a spontaneous foolish act. This will most likely anger his enemy, him ending up with one of those swords he left behind stuck in his back. This tells me to be aware; that your actions have consequences and you should think long and hard before you act on impulse. Time to plan, have discipline, will power, and use your intellect in your decisions. Deception is not the best way to win. At this time you may find your whole ethical system can and most likely will be challenged. You fell alone, you feel you must hide what you are doing, and that you must hide your true plans or intentions.

The sword is double edged, Beware! This means you could end up as the victim of deception, a possible betrayal.

Direct: Deception, lying, theft, burglary, false friends, jealousy, someone around you may be envious or vindictive but hides it, Keep business plans to yourself.

Reversed: Letting go, coming clean, you know who you can trust, lost time may turn up, finding help, unexpected good news.
