I don't know of any crystal to help, so I'll leave that to others. But I've found that eating oatmeal every day does help. (I found the information about oatmeal on this site:
http://www.susunweed.com/susunweedarticles.htm#an4 ) She also mentions other herbs.
Also, I don't know if you drink milk, or how the milk is in the Philippines, but here in the US a lot of it is from cows fed extra hormones -- to make them produce more. I try to only buy brands of milk that say they don't use them, because I noticed that after drinking certain brands of milk my hot flashes were worse. Just a guess, but I decided it might be the added hormones. I took hormone replacement for a while, early on, but then my doctor didn't want me to continue, and now I think it just delayed the inevitable anyway. My guess is that the body needs to re-balance its hormone levels and it's better left alone to do that rather than adding some every day, or now and then, and just confusing things. (Just my lay person's guess, not a medical opinion.)
When I was about to start menopause, and just after, my hot flushes were the worst -- night sweats too. Over time, they faded, and now I just get them every so often -- once or twice a day at most, and they're not nearly as long lasting or severe. But the first two or three years they were something else! I finally told the people around me if they didn't like the house cool they could put on a sweater. I was going to do my best to be comfortable. I still don't wear long sleeves much even in winter. Our winters are mild, but I've learned that one can actually feel cold (from the weather) and hot (from a hot flash)
at the same time, or in such rapid alternation that it seems that way.
Find yourself a pretty folding fan like the Victorian ladies used to use, or something like that, and keep it with you. I have a Japanese one I bought when I was a teenager. Never thought I'd use it, back then, but I keep it on my night table for watching TV or reading in bed. Elsewhere I tend to collect pieces of thin cardboard to use as fans when I need them. They help!
I hope you're able to find some relief soon. I know it can be unbearable.
The oatmeal really does help me. I notice a difference if I miss a day or two of my oats for breakfast.
