Let me know. __________________ There is some nobility in walking a path you are less than completely comfortable on. -KarlThomas I would rather have a mind opened by wonder than one closed by belief. -Garry Spence |

Would anyone in the UK or Europe be interested in sharing either of these sets? The exchange rate makes anything priced in Euros very expensive for us Brits, and I'd be more than happy with one of each card ... plus, of course, it's a way of justifying the purchase ![]() oaks xx |

Do you know how much half a set would be, oak woman? The Hugin and Mugin ones are very pretty, although I really don't need any more just now! |

The standard price at book stores is €25, which equals 32.50USD or 23.4 Pounds (as of today's exchange rate). However, I managed to find a set for SJ and me for €15, so it may be worth to shop around a bit. __________________ Some are born to sweet delight, some are born to endless night... ~William Blake, Auguries of Innocence~ Screws fall out all the time. Bran + Sceolan arrived ... and they are stunning! The artwork is so intricate, many tiny tiny details to discover... See scans. I'm compiling an abbreviated translation of the LWB so SJ can actually work with it. Anybody else in need of one, send me your email addy (as the cards are not titled, I am putting small scans of the cards into the document, so you'll know what's what). __________________ Some are born to sweet delight, some are born to endless night... ~William Blake, Auguries of Innocence~ Screws fall out all the time. Just got a Bran & Sceolan today!!! Aulruna shared hers with me AND translated meanings even!!! They are really really pretty. I think the gf is going to actually claim these. She got to them before me even! __________________ There is some nobility in walking a path you are less than completely comfortable on. -KarlThomas I would rather have a mind opened by wonder than one closed by belief. -Garry Spence |

The Hugin & Munin and Bran & Sceolan cards have all arrived and I love them! Thanks to Aulruna I have a translation of the LWB for Bran & Sceolan, but unfortunately I can make very little of the Hugin & Munin LWB. I hadn't realised quite how minimal my grasp of German is!! Faolainn Storm is sharing the cards with me, and I'm just waiting to hear from her now so that I can send the two sets off to Australia .... I think she'll find they are worth waiting for, though! One thing that's nice about having both sets is that they mix-and-match very easily - I plan to use the Ogham tree cards from B & S with their appropriate runes from H & M, for example. Also, both sets include cards for the eight festivals of the year, which will be ideal to use together as they include different symbolism. Altogether, a big thumbs-up! Thank you for starting this thread, Gemyndig. |

I am interested in obtaining the Hugin and the Munin for my children and myself, unfortunately Amanda's (freak's) german is not enough along to help me get around the site! Could anyone help me so I can order a set for us here, please? Perhaps this will help me with my german too, as I'm hoping to pick it up more with Amanda's help.
