This card is a wonderful interpretation of the usual three dancing ladies in the RWS.
It looks to me like these three faeries could be a mother, her daughter and granddaughter. They are celebrating the birth of the baby "who has just hatched in a flower" as the LWB says.
It looks like a beautiful warm summer day with butterflies and flowers all over the card. The baby fairy looks surprised in the newborn kind of way, the mother looks tired (in the new mother kind of way! ) and the grandmother on the left looks happy and proud in the new grandmother kind of way. The wings of the two older fairies are intertwined and form a protective shield above the baby.
