Movie message spread
One day after watching a movie I was bored, and I still had the movie on my mind so I came up with a little 3 carder about the movies affect which was: 1. The movies message as the creator intended it. 2. What the movie meant to you? (your interpretation of the movie) 3. Advice or lesson to take from the movie. This is rather short, but I thought I'd throw it out there. __________________ Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors where there were once walls |

I'm thinking about how often movies end up with a whole series of creators from the guy that first came up with the screen play and outline, to anyone working on revisions (and credit jumpers for that matter) as well as the director and the producers and everyone else that shapes the final out come. That might have something to do with when some movies start off one way and end up telling a different story-- Reality Bites kills me tht way. I felt that it was essentially two movies, a good movie that half way through the studio said "whoa, we need to streamline this baby fast, time to stick in some good old cliches". Mean Girls sort of is that way too to me. So, I'd not be surprised if the first card doesn't look anything like the movie in it's finished product. It might be cool to try to track the history of a movie from the initial "Its a story about a ....", through all the subsequent "now its a story about a ...." revisions. I'll try your spread the next time my netflix arrives. |

hmm...might be fun to expand it on how it changed as it was made...and to how it was understood by various people. __________________ Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors where there were once walls |

Thanks for this spread, SilentBreeze! It comes in handy. A friend and I want to watch a movie tomorrow night and we are divided between loving the original book or the movie more. Astraea Aurora

Thanks for the spread, SilentBreeze! I think I'll adapt it to try to clarify some Kabbalah books I've been reading lately, because they sure need this
