Holiday Oracle Package Exchange 2008
I noticed there was a holiday oracle exchange last year, but not one for this year. I love the idea and would be willing to put it together. Let me know if anyone is interested. I would be a "train" format instead of partners... I like that better. Edited to say "round robin" format... not called a "train"... oops. Also since there are always so many expenditures at the holiday I would think we could have the sending deadline January 31st. This would run really similar to last years... In the box should be at least: One Oracle deck 4 other "goodies"... bags, candles, sweets, etc. or more. Only sign up if you know you can afford to do so and can meet the sending deadline. There is nothing worse than not getting a box. I'll see how much interest and then post more details. I'm thinking sign up deadline will be Dec. 15th. __________________ There is some nobility in walking a path you are less than completely comfortable on. -KarlThomas I would rather have a mind opened by wonder than one closed by belief. -Garry Spence Last edited by souljourney; 05-12-2008 at 21:36. |

i would participate, if this was set up. I didn't sign up last year, as I didn't see the posts until it was too late (no idea how I missed it....) but i followed the thread, and it was great! so this year, if it's running, I'll jump aboard

Hey everyone... it's the 15th. Ok, I looked up shipping to several places, and based on what I found I decided to split us up by continent THEN picked names out of the hat for a round-robin. Hope that is ok. EUROPE Moderndayruth >> Guiding Cauldron >> Aulruna >> Moderndayruth AUSTRALIA Thorhammer >> McSea >> Knowledge Seeker >> Thorhammer US/CANADA bodhran >> souljourney >> byrgypsy >> ros >> faunabay >> bodhran Any questions... let me know. Make sure to keep in contact and get the addresses you need to get. Have fun buying stuff!!!! __________________ There is some nobility in walking a path you are less than completely comfortable on. -KarlThomas I would rather have a mind opened by wonder than one closed by belief. -Garry Spence Last edited by souljourney; 16-12-2008 at 13:24. |

I'd be up for that, but only within Australia. It cost me $9 to send two tarot bags to the US today I was so irate. If no one else signs up from Australia, I'm happy to bow out ![]() \m/ Kat __________________ Aw, come on! Toilets are ALWAYS funny! ~ The Octopus |

Thor I think you will be fine. Let's see if the others from Oz are willing to ship elsewhere. __________________ There is some nobility in walking a path you are less than completely comfortable on. -KarlThomas I would rather have a mind opened by wonder than one closed by belief. -Garry Spence |

Bumping this thread... Looks like last year there was a lot of interest. Is there not the interest for this year? Hoping to get more people who really want to do this. __________________ There is some nobility in walking a path you are less than completely comfortable on. -KarlThomas I would rather have a mind opened by wonder than one closed by belief. -Garry Spence |

EDIT: Okay, just saw that it is more of a round robin. I'll participate. I'm in the US and willing to ship to anywhere (but prefer US or Europe - the last package I shipped to Oz cost $48!). __________________ "When I was a young man, I admired clever people. Just to add - i preffer to ship within Europe, (otherwise the shipment is more expensive than the parcel ), but - if that's not managable -i'll ship anywhere!
