LOST tarot?

Anyone here a fan of the show? Watching it last night when Juliet calmed down Sawyer it made me think that it would be the perfect subject for the Strength card and now all I can think of is how perfect the whole show would be for a tarot deck.

We watch it and yes, I've thought of that too...there is a lot of archetypal imagery used in it.
The way Sawyer is always frowning makes me worry for him in the future...he's going to have some serious worry lines there
But he does remind me of a lion, he even looks like a lion with all that shaggy blond hair.
And Juliet is the perfect personification of the woman in Strength.

Yes, I have been thinking about it since Season 1. I agree it has a lot archetypal imagery and the show is so character driven. There have been so many changes with people dying off, new characters coming into the picture, and old characters being further developed that it's hard to pick someone and say they definitely fit a certain card, but it's a fun mental exercise. Here's just a few of my thoughts:
Hurley and his numbers as the Wheel of Fortune--He won the lottery with them, but they brought him so much bad luck too. As Ben would say, "Fate is a fickle B____"
Charlie as the Hanged Man--Remember when they roped him up in the tree? And the fact that died from drowning as an act of self-sacrifice.
Rose and Bernard as the Lovers--Is that too cliche?

Yes, Charlie is perfect for the hanged man!
Which card would John Locke be? He's such a central character...
And who would be the Empress...Claire or Sun?
Interesting idea to ponder, starlightexp!

Locke might be good as the Hermit

I want to know where Ben would be, would he be the Devil? I think Kate would be good as the High Priestess being that she is full of secrets. Would Hurley make a good Fool maybe? and use an image of Flight 815 as the Wheel of Fortune?

I think that crazy turning wheel that Ben pushed to move the island would be a good wheel.

(Gee, I hope nobody here is still waiting to watch the last season on DVD? We might spoil things!)

Oooooo good call on that one.

I think Sun and Jin would make a good Lovers card.
Maybe Ben would be a good Hirophant

God I'm kinda getting obsessed with this idea. I've even mapped out some rough images....for personal use only of course

One might be able to use a different station logo for each suite:

my gods it's hard to choose which ones would work best there are so many options
