Haindl - Nine of Swords - Cruelty

This is an abstract image of what appears to be a bird speared by nine swords. Its as though the bird is melded into a flat and peeling surface and is trying to break through it to be free. Where the swords pierce there are trickles of blood. Although the bird has the appearance of death it also seems alive but suffering. Cruelty seems an apt title.

The hexagram is Grievance, made up from the Trigrams Strong Action and Difficulties.

All seems to fit well with the image.
