For the e-Reader question, it might help if you specify the handheld device you want to use it on. I saw Sony, Nintendo, Palm, iPhone, etc.

eReader is a program I run on my phone. I'd like to find The Book of Thoth in a compatible format.

I found a clean graphic for the square chart on a group that talks about Geomancy. You can PM me if you like.

I've used a TrueType font (Astrology) at super-large size to create my own wheel charts.
