WELL - that gives you a BMI of 21.6. When I worked in the health service they said to make damn sure you didn't go below 20, so..... WATCH IT !

Wow...Never had a BMI that low before! I think I'm quite proud

Thank you for your concern but I do have to report to my SureSlim guide every week and if I go below 8 stone 6 she'll have me writing down everything I'm eating. I can do without that hassle!

I just signed up for the live healthier route. The reenactment season made me lose weight by default, but I know I need to watch my weight during winter, and I really don't pay enough attention to my health in general.

Managed to join SparkTarot, but otherwise still a bit disoriented...
