I recently bought this deck on ebay..not cheap, but very beautiful!! I know nothing about it, but fell in love with the imagery

Is there any place to get more information about it? When was it "readily available? This is the first I have seen it.

Does anyone use it regularly? How do you find working with it?

Any input on this deck will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Well, I got mine in 2004, and it had just been printed then.
I got it through the shop of the Northvegr Foundation. From the beginning, the people of the NF were unhappy about the print quality of the deck. Some of the cards have spots - I have them on two cards I think, a few little blue spots so it was not a problem for me, and they were very nice about replacement cards etc. They had even sent us extra scans of the cards before we ordered.
I think the poor printing quality may also have been the reason the deck never became available anywhere else, which is a pity.
They had also printed cups with pictures from the deck, look here:

Website of the creator of the deck:

Note:
the shop of the Northvegr foundation is not working properly (or maybe not at all). Before buying from it, contact the people at the NF for information.

I don't use the deck on a regular basis - so many decks, so little time but I am still happy I have it !

thanks for the information!! I did not notice any spots on my cards, in fact I thought the quality and nice thick, sturdy cardstock quite good!

I'll check them again when I get home tonight...
d.

Yes my cards are perfect also...no spots and great cardstock...nice and think. What I am finding is that the readings with these cards are deep and meaningful...not just how am I going to get along with my new boyfriend sort of stuff....LOL.....takes some examination of the card's meaning to really get a meaning that flows but in general very accurate....at least if one cares to admit it....I mean they hit on things that we may not want to accept about ourselves.

I suspect there must be different editions of that deck, because mine is also spotless and on good cardstock. I think I got mine around 2006, but not sure, and I buried the box somewhere so I can't check. But I did get it directly from Northvegr.
