No Email Notifications
Perhaps it's got something to do with the new server (which has made the forum nice and fast again, yay!), but I haven't gotten any email notifications of theads I'm watching - even though there are new posts in several of them. Notifications seem to have stopped last night some time (European time, around... 15 hours or so ago). Not a huge problem, but I haven't seen anyone else mention it so far, so I just thought I'd, er, mention it.

See if you get a notification for this one Hedera. The move to a new server will naturally mean that even though others may have been able to get online and post to a thread you are watching, that you may not have received it, but hopefully now that everything is settling down you will get them from now on. __________________ Insh'Allah Bukra Mumkin |

Check your Profile Hedera. Don't know if it will help, but maybe in the new server move that option got un-checked. Maybe??

Hi Moonbow*, That's why I posted here. Alta, I'd had that thought as well, and checked everything in my user CP, but it's all still as it was. It's not a huge deal, as long as I make sure I'm on the forum regularly and keep track of the new posts. I'll wait for Solandia then! Edit: also didn't get a notification for a PM someone sent me. Not sure if that's exactly the same as the watched-thread notifications, so I thought I'd mention it. |

Yes, several of my email notices wound up in my spam folder, not all of them, but some. And this was the first time that ever happened.
