Well the deck to out-weird all decks is now available in a "Printed in China" edition. I saw one in my local shop. I enclose a pic of the box, different from the previous box. If you see this edition, it's probably the China printing. Not that there's an untapped public out there wanting to buy this deck... I have to say though, the cardstock cannot be compared to the loveliness of the PCS Commemorative set deck or even the Paulina. It feels flimsy which - for cards as small as this - is odd. Normally it's the bigger cards that have a tendency to feel flimsy. But this deck is always so strangely compelling. I like it more and more. I admire its staying power, the fact that it unnerves people, those giblets, those breasts... |

*Runs off to check newly purchased deck* Yes...printed in China. I haven't opened it yet, however. I need to buy the book. |

i had this deck in my collection since the 80's, but traded it last year. i find i miss it and want to replace it. Anybody know where i can pick up an inexpensive copy in the USA? Amazon prices are crazy...er, right now.

LeFanu did a good review on his blog on this deck this week. (link via clicking on his username) He points out something I find odd too. How obscure decks like this get printed and printed and printed, and so many others don't. Deck artists can't all be so rich and famous as to refuse anything beyond first printing. Don't have it don't want it, to stay on topic. I would certainly like to read the book though. |

It is a little confusing...i am wondering if they are trying to decide <whether> it warrants another printing. But it has been in print forever! i think it was the mid 80's when i purchased my deck.
