Does anyone know what type of flowers are on the page pf cups clothes?

They're lotuses.

I've always seen the flowers on the Page/Cups tunic as being tulips.
Tulips in general mean 'the perfect lover' and if the tulips be pink/red they signify an 'earnest declaration of love'

I associate the flowers with blooming dreams on the page of cups.

Seeing as Book T gives the title of this card as;

"The Princess of the Waters: the Lotus of the Palace of the Floods."

it seems they are lotuses.
