Sleep, Geopathic Stress and Crystals
Hi everyone, Okay, so I have a bit of a problem here. We've recently gotten our house assessed for Geopathic Stress and it turns out that there is a fair bit of it residing within our residence. I have had bad health/problems sleeping ever since I was a young child, and now after having our house tested, we've discovered that it is my bed that is sitting right in the middle of a Geopathic Vortex. Now, my bedroom is completely tiny, so I can't actually move my bed. I read somewhere that crystals can help neurtalize the effects of Geopathic stress and I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas? What crystals would maybe help ease the effects of this? Any help/advice would be appreciated ![]() Charmy. |

I don't know this for sure, but if it were me what I'd try would be some grounding/repelling crystals....like black tourmaline, smoky quartz, etc. I'll see what I can find in my crystal books too. Do a little research and get back with you. But I'm sure there are many others who know more than I do that will give their thoughts too.

Your help is appreciated . I'm actually kind of paranoid now to think I've been sleeping in such a bad energy for so long! I swear, I could be a walking poster for the effects of Geopathic Stress!

Hi Charmy, there are different types of geopathic stress and they are not all equally bad, some are worse than others. Also, there is no foolproof way of testing a house for this, there are a few good dowsers that I would trust but there are also a lot of mediocre ones. One of the worst types of geopathic stress are underground water streams and if you think you are sleeping over one of those then I would strongly suggest you move to another room or at least move your bed. The reason I mention this, is that I got health problems that were quite severe (horrible nightmares where I dreamt I was dying!, inability to sleep, pain in the heart area and left arm) one year after I moved to a new house. The doctor could not find anything physically wrong and prescribed some anti-psychotic drugs (soo typical). The symptoms abated over time but the pain in the left side in my body did not disappear for years until one year after we had moved out of the house and then even that pain was gone!! In retrospect I strongly suspect I was sleeping over an underground water stream as the house was located in a region where it rains a lot and the soil is very compact with a lot of clay that does not drain well. The house was located on a hill and there actually was a stream running alongside it so it must have been fed by underground water streams. I think it is the book "Points of Cosmic energy" where Blanche Merz mentions a German study that found elevated blood sedimentation rates in people sleeping over geopathic stress areas. Guess what the doctor found at the time I was having problems? Elevated blood sedimentation rates which he chalked up to some infection although I had no symptoms of infection. In the book "Safe As Houses" the author mentions that underground water streams is one of the worst geopathic stresses and sandy, dry soils are the healthiest for that reason. The place where I lived at the time had very wet clay type soil. I just wanted to let you know what my experience has been with this and that you may find it helpful. I am now much more aware of the problem but I have not had the place tested where I live in now but I would now always be careful with wet areas with streams. |

Hello Charmy
Good evening, Clear quartz or Obsidian would be happy to store/transport out the excess you have. If you use a piece of clear quartz just ask it to redirect somewhere and convert if the flow is on overload. The obsidian will already know what to do! I'm sorry Charmy, I got sidetracked and forgot to look for you. But here's a link where someone talks about what stones would be good for it. The person lists Hematite as one good stone and that's the one that came to mind when I thought about it myself. But there are quite a few others she talks about too. http://www.healingcrystals.com/Stone...icles_642.html I also think copper would be good too. It's a conductor that can keep the energy moving away from your house. Maybe a copper pyramid??? Just a thought and something I might try if it were me.

Thank you so much for all the replies everyone ![]() Your insights have really helped me so much. I have a lovely huge chunk of obsidian that I might try and in the meantime I'll be reading up on as much as I can ![]() Thanks again, Charmy. |
