The Hierophant-Lo Scarabeo Tarot

I'll list the elements of this cards:

- Like the RWS and Marseille Hierophant, he wears the three tiered Papal Tiara.

- His face looks like the his Thoth counterpart.

- The same pose as the RWS Hierophant (ie sitted on a throne, giving his two finger blessing, holding the papal cross).

- The two crossed keys, usually located beneath his throne in the RWS, now is placed in his chest.

- Also, now there are roses and lilies beneath his legs, a new element featured in the LoS Tarot.

- Lastly, there are stained glass behind him. The five petaled flower is an element taken from the Thoth.

Does anyone knows why the keys now is located in his heart, unlike the RWS which featured it beneath his feet?

Also, what are the meaning of the five petaled rose in the stained glass?
