Some wonderful posts on the Magician, the Hierophant and the Wheel of Fortune have been split from this thread and been made into threads of their own over in the Tarot of the Vampyres Study Group. The Index Thread can be found here. |

Christ, I can't wait to get this one Have to open an online account for either Amazon or BD (so far I got my decks in stores here in Lisbon, but this one I can't find anywhere), which will take a while, and then I'll finally buy it.Till then, this thread is sweet torture. |

"The Tarot of the Vampyres may very well enchant those lacking interest in the vampire craze" I wonder if she's talking about me? ![]() Interesting review... She likens it to the LoS Eternal Night, which surprises me. She really goes all out for the hard sell, though, doesn't she? I'm not even thinking about it in the same vein as the BG. I think it is unlikely I'll prefer it to the BG, but I will view it in a different light. It is, after all, more illustrative. |

Well, Boyer's review was good (if a bit gushy - but the same thing happened to me with this deck.) And I agree with most of what she said, so... However, the BoGo is in a class by itself. I have no clue why she'd lump it in with the vampire decks. __________________ ~~~~~~~~ "If you can't be nice, at least have the decency to be vague." |
