I thought your chooks were free ranging. Why would they need fencing ?

Anyway - what use is a third of it all - they will waddle around the end You need to wait till you have all the money. And if thou savest that what thou hast, it will have devalued before any more shows up. So you need to spend it while the Ozzie dollar seems to be top of the dollar pile.

Now - what are you going to buy ?

Well, enabling thread or not, I think enriching the lives of chickens is the most important thing - so maybe you could buy ONE tarot deck, and spend the rest on the chickens?

I ended up pushing the button and buying the bundle. You all convinced me, I like the idea of it being more of a fairytale deck. And you never know, I MAY fall in love with it. Stranger things have happened in my tarot life, LOL.

As for the chooks....well, this is the enabling thread, after all. And have you ever CLEANED a chicken coop?? <shudder of horror> I have. Bleh. Nice clean tarot decks vs. nasty stinky chickens....no contest.

Suburbia. Partly to prevent them wandering onto the road and turning into spontaneous chicken pies, and partly so they lay their eggs on MY territory, dammit!

Trust you to introduce politics.

Oooh, <rubs hands together> I have a huge wishlist. Much of it is out of print, so what I'll probably do is cruise the TG site, which helpfully tells you when something you hanker after is OOP, and buy whatever isn't that's already on my wish-list.

Or I could put it towards chook fencing (seeming slightly less tempting).

Or I could be *sensible* (not appealing at all).

Convince me.

I *have* cleaned up after chooks. They run around after you, clucking and pecking gently at your ankles trying to make you stop being silly and give them more feed.

Hey! : Wasn't there a chicken deck? I could have both!

I really, really should have known better than to come to this thread on Christmas Eve!!! I just went to Baba's site and ordered the 3rd edition with the mini. I am sooooo excited but cannot believe I did it. And this after 15 minutes of explaining to my husband why I needed to buy another version of a deck when I already have the first edition! (by telling him to replace the words "tarot deck" with "Camero" )

@Nisaba, just buy the decks already. suburban chickens are just nasty (spoken by someone who had a backyard full of them for years thanks to the MIL...we still have no grass in most of the yard).

All my hand wringing over a deck of...cats, of all things, is done. I crumbled against the pressure. Cats! I used my Christmas money on BBC Mini. Those poor humiliated kitties dressed up like that. I just HAD to rescue them.

Thank goodness I didn't have such practical considerations as chicken fencing looming over my decision.
