Learning how to read with the Lenormand?

I purchased Melissa's lenormand and I have no idea how to begin reading!
Any good resources out there to learn how to read these cards?

Be warned, most of them are very badly translated into English.

There are also some differences between Sylvie's card interpretations and reading methods and the more traditional ones used by the others, so you will need to decide what works best for you.
