Hiya Wendy. Yeah, Ur. It wasn't great, and only takes about an hour to read, but a fun concept to imagine this multidimensional Kindle Let's say, for arguments sake, that I'm terribly ignorant of copyright law. I happened, perchance, to google something like "King Ur PDF" and it just showed up like magic.

I'll email it tonight if the magic doesn't strike you

Sorry TCO - just read it over again - not you - QoD!!

Thanks Zan . I can let you have Stranger for Kindle as a swapsie! ETA: Aha, I also am a magician!!

Lord I'm tired. Couldn't sleep until the kids came home - 1.15 a.m., then at about 3.00 a.m. one of the dogs woke us up and made himself check round downstairs. Then there was noise outside. Then, then, then and eventually we got up.....

NT - hope you push your friend onto the train!

A multi dimensional Kindle reminds me, in an off beat way, of the Library and the Wrong Trouser Leg of Time. But definitely the Library with its corridors of shelves extending into bookshops and libraries all over the multiverse.

I wonder what the Kindle equivalent of a banana for the Librarian is ....

Tired, and hoping in a vague kind of way for a mouthful of chocolate to sustain me....

But I shall probably eat my sandwich instead, which will be better for me if not nearly as comforting

You OK?

Just got out of bed and so glad that my internet has re-connected itself overnight

Oh, but chocolate would be so much more fun!

Yeah but I can't have what I haven't got. And I don't bring money to work because I know I'd spend it. There is a fantastic baker in my road ... home made cakes, pasties, rolls, sandwiches ....

I stopped bringing money very quickly after we moved here

Did your internet fail then?

Wow... baker sounds good i can see why you don't bring money, I can't resist the Bakers in town either

Well, yeah, i think. Maybe the computer just needed turning off for a while. The internet is a little tempremental sometimes, just doesn't connect But if you wiggle the wire and turn it off and on again (not restart) it works
