Trying to keep on top of this... This male artist has done many decks - 11 that I own - and almost all are OOP and HTF - and many are VERY much sought after - including this one. Your clues led me to the conclusion that it's something from Folchi, and after some searching around, I've inferred that it's the Tarocco della Felicita. Incidentally, I also now WANT (perhaps need?) this deck... I didn't think I liked Folchi's stuff, but after looking at pictures from a bunch of decks, I've discovered that in fact I actually do like some of his art quite a bit, and my poor wishlist is going to have to get a little longer now.
