Okay ladies, I must head for school today. Maybe get there a couple minutes early and get a better parking spot...

I'm trying to positive think my way into a parking spot in the near parking lot so I don't have to walk so far....hehe

Hello! Our little neighborhood's yards looked like ponds for most of the night! We had no power trouble, but a lot of lightning that made it as bright as day.

A couple of blocks around where my hubby works went down though. They have a generator because they are a nationwide call center for roadside assistance.

Gray skies and the ground everywhere is still wet. Cinnamon does not like lightning & thunder! She hunches up into a ball of fur and chitters her teeth. I don't know what we'll do when the summer daily storms start.

There's a thread in Tech Support started by Le Fanu where it's been mentioned that it may be Firefox? I added a bit myself.

Aww, poor Cinnamon! Maybe she just needs to get used to the sounds, although we had a Brittany spaniel that would look for the biggest piece of furniture to get under during a storm....

I've got Windows OS. I kind of suspect it's the internet provider's equipment. It'll drop service for a few seconds, then it comes back all on it's own, or be really slow loading pages. But when I call them, they say everything is fine.... I'll go look at the thread, though, thanks.
