Have fun Kale! I'm thinking of a mega early night, my bed would be appealing if it didn't have piles of stuff on it

Thanks Jesii

Before I leave for work, thought I would post a joke.

A blonde was weed-eating her yard and

accidentally cut off the tail

of her cat which was hiding in the grass.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
She rushed her cat, along with the tail, over to WAL-MART!
.
.
.
.
.
Why WAL-MART??
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
HELLOOOOOOOOO!
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
WALMART is the largest re-tailer in the world!!!

I am SO-O-O new at AV... bought my first one last weekend at our annual Ag Fair... it had one blossom and a couple of buds when I got it, now has two blossoms and buds ready to open. I did some reading on care and all I know is not to overwater and water in the saucer not from the top. I am the original DEAD thumb, so any helpful tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

It was a semi-feathers day at the flea market (I say it's either chicken or feathers, you either score or leave empty handed)... I walked out with a pair of handmade ceramic salt/pepper shakers with a lizard motif and nice glaze, local potter, so it wasn't a total loss.

groan on the joke! but it WAS funny... what kind of soda were you drinking??? with sugar?

I am now watching/recording Blithe Spirit with Rex Harrison, Margaret Rutherford et al... 1945... Zan may go for Oscar Wilde, but my fave is Noel Coward!

Hiya Rhinemaiden,

Hopefully Yira can give you some tips on avs. I never really got the hang of them and is why I have 4 or 5 empty av pots.

(Sorry... I know wasn't the best joke around but just thought it was abit cute and a bit funny no disrespect to anyone in anyway, shape, or form.)

I drink the regular coca-cola. has quite abit of calories in a 12oz can as well as sugar too.

it's the SUGAR that adds up... I drink DIET Coke... until Christmas it was Diet Coke with Lime but it's no longer available in my area. Turns out I really don't miss it that much.... diet coke works for me.

I'll ask Yira about AV's... thanks!
