Tea Readings

Only taking 5 sitters this time.

Sorry, but without setting a boundary the thread gets overwhelming to me and I no longer want to do it. Sorry to those I didn't get to in my last thread, if you were one of them and don't get in with the first five just link me (if you can) to your last request and I'll still add you to the list.

Really just looking for feedback, though exchanges are welcome as well!

Oh and that's one of the reasons i don't read anymore- i get so tired and then feel i can't finish- limits are a great idea! If you get overwhelmed with my reading at any point- skip on to the next reader. I'll understand.

I have never asked for a reading before but I am now learning tea leaf reading.

I think it would be a good experience to feel what my sitters would feel.

Ambience-

The way I personally read (which I found out is a little odd compared to the general 'norm') is I put some tea (generally from bags cause that's what i got lol) in the bottom of the cup and pour boiling water and let it steep. I sip on the tea focusing on the querent/question and leave trace amounts of water in the bottom of the cup. I put the saucer on top of the cup, swirl and flip it over. I let it dry and just scry from there. The closer to the rim of the cup the further away the event

Oh and thank you obeygravity! It's nice to have fans

Wow that's amazing! I never knew that's how you read them - it reminds me a little like palmistry but with tea. That's the only frame of reference i have.

Well I honestly know very little about palmistry, but sure?

There are lots of way to read leaves, and I started with no clue and no book and just let it happen haha! I will probably get to these tomorrow, possibly one tonight.

Well i can read into the lines and where they are and it's easy for me to intuitively read like that. It just reminds me of the method you talked about, not sure why.
