Help decoding a dream please

Morning everyone
As the thread say's I need a little help here, the dream I had last night was so vivid I know I need to pay attention to it but I'm not really sure what it means.
So I'll get on with it and let you guys take a pop
I woke up in my dream in my own bedroom and a beautiful spring day. I got out of bed and wandered to the landing (I have an upper flat) to see daylight streaming through the front door, the hinges had been kicked off at the top and it was leaning in over on a dangerous angle on the bottom hinge and the lower lock. Bella (see my avy ) is a house cat and my first thought was s**t bella will get out! sure enough she shot past me and out of the door. I ran after her and climbed over the door into a garden (I don't have one in real life) She was sitting on a gate post, I made a grab for her and caught her. When I turned round my little girl was standing in the door way with the sun streaming down. Thats when I saw a very drunk tramp asleep by the door in our beautiful garden! I ushered her in and got the cat in, just as I was climbing back over the door he woke up and started screaming abuse at me. I got in the house and made it as safe as I could, then ran upstairs shaking to call the police while looking at him out of the window still shouting and pointing up at me.
Then I woke up.
I have taken every day precautions, checked the door and looked for any possible sneaky kitty exit routs.
I'm now wondering if it's to do with the spiritual work I've been doing lately or if its a warning of some sort.
Any thoughts no matter how off the wall please feel free to throw them my way
Thanks guys

seems a strange dream, so maybe it's just what ever you're working on spiritually is strange yet to your mind...

From what i've researched into dreams, I'd say it's a message about you avoiding responsibilities in your life and searching for an outside authority on things rather than taking control yourself. Also being afraid of your intuition, you should have some confidence in yourself, follow it and take hold of your own power in your life.

Life seems fine, no major worries, the bigger picture feels ok.

Something, an issue or a person possibly has intruded into your personal or private life. The house in a dream often relates to how we see ourselves so to have the front door broken in suggests a breakdown of the natural and normal barriers which we place in the world to keep our privacy.

Perhaps you are feeling as though you need to keep the status quo, bringing back into the private place all those feelings and perceptions (feline aspect) which could escape. You are trying to keep everything as it was.

Everything which you control or which is comfortable in your realm is happy and sunny. You don't worry about these things because you feel that you have some control over them.

The 'threat' (tramp) worries you because it seems to be out of control and not following the norms of expected behaviour. Feeling unable to control this aspect of your life, you call upon an outside source to solve the problem (police).

Does that make any sense?
