Energy is a very strong thing. perhaps this person is constantly thinking of what he/she would like to do to you--and this is why the disturbing dreams are coming to you.

this is enough really for you to 'see' what is going on with them. I would say the dreams may very well be saying something to you about this person. though, don't always think the dreams are to be taken literally. sometimes tehy are just a way to get a msg across.

no, I don't think it is odd at all. Like I said, THEY still have a connection to you--thus, they are thinking of you, and YOU get information about them through your dreams. I'd just continue to say firmly that this is unwanted by you and also ask your guides to help you stopping them. Your guides should help you. Perhaps doing some cleansing and protection for yourself as well.

I would disagree slightly with CN, only slightly though. You both have to be corded, it cant be one way, if you truly cut the cords they cant spy on you, i would say that the connection is still there.
Talk to your door keeper to protect you if you think they are spying etc
