7 of Swords

From the Book: "The Need for a Sacrifice to be made"

Well this card difficult for me. But I drew it, so I'll discuss it.

Discussion/Triggers:

*The Dragon, our Guide as he says, is hemmed in on 3 sides by swords: Maybe he has to sacrifice his other initial plans and go with the only opportunity he has open. (up and out)
-having your decisions made for you ?

*He also has his back to us: Maybe this is talking about that "secrecy" ... not showing us what he’s up to ... we see the other 2 swords fallen below, maybe he still has the other 5 hidden?
-Secrecy
-Keeping things hidden/hidden agenda
-Possible dishonesty/not being truthful about everything

*2 Swords fall away in the distance bellow: May be he had to drop them because his only outlet is "Up" and he was to heavy
-Sacrifice again
-having to change ones plans for sake of success.
-to many things to juggle at once... letting some slip. .
-a Necessary sacrifice

These are some things I have taken from this card, while studying it v.s. the traditional RWS images for the 7 of Swords. This is not from a journal, but impromptu as I'm looking at the card.

I actually noticed some things I've never seen before ! But I would Still LOVE to hear what others have to say since the 7 of Swords in ANY deck is not a strong card of mine !

I would love to hear from those that read with this deck and the triggers you use when reading this card.
