Yira, we  you, and think you are wonderful coping with all the crap you have had to cope with, ok?I fell into a small black hole of depression this afternoon, over something that was really pretty trivial, and I managed to get myself back out of the hole, but I really don't know how you do it

Deodorants?
You know the way the conversation wanders here? Deoderants, Wendy, have you tired Pit Rok , or must it be anti-perspirant? Then I rake around a deodorising powder (Lush Greench but I'm sure there are others) and I keep to natural fibres whenever I can. On that note my loves, I am headed off to the gym. Where I will row my little heart out, and chew my nails (in my mind) over James.... And himself chose today to fix the damn shower, so James will get home hoping to have quick shower and get changed into his posh clothes, only to find the shower is out of action. He'll have to have a tub instead.
