What is VERY strange to me is that MY agent is working with another woman in my office in her search. When SHE signed her contract, that disclosure was a part of the contract.

I don't think so, that would just be about the driveway being across the property/lot boundary. The earth instability would be about the underground holes(mines ?) and stuff(don't remember the exact wording).

I'm sitting in my office having just finished with my work for today. I've lit my candle to St Jude, patron saint of lost causes (that would be 'moi'). I'm keeping the faith!

I do have some good news! I am going to be reading tarot (or crystals or toys, whatever the client wants) at a local new age shop that just got sold to a new owner. It will be every other Saturday. A little mad money...
